Chia Seed Pudding
Chia pudding is great for both breakfast and desert! Chia seeds are a complete protein it is also a great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 1/4 Cups Milk (cows, or any dairy free milk)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
In a medium bowl mix together milk, vanilla and honey until well combined.
Stir in chia seeds and place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
stir again to break up lumps and then replace in the refrigerator overnight.
Scoop out desired amount into a bowl and top with fruit, chocolate chips, or granola. Let you heart go wild!
