Protein Sweet Crepes
Crepes are a great French dish, replacing a portion of the flour with protein powder adds more nutrition and make this dessert a good snack.
These crepes can also be frozen! Simple place a sheet of parchment paper between each crepe, place in a freezer safe bag and freeze for later!
Protein Sweet Crepes
Ingredients
2/3 Cup vanilla protein powder
1 1/3 Cup flour
4 Room temperature eggs
1 Cup water
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Melted butter
1 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until fully combined.
Heat a pan to medium heat, once warm add 1/2 Cup of crepe mix into the center of the pan and swirl around.
Let cook for 1-2 minutes and flip, cook on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Place cooked crepe on a plate and continue until all the mix is used.
Eat right away with fillings such as fruit, hazelnut spread, whipped cream, or whatever sounds good to you!
