Chicken Curry Salad
In a large bowl combine the chicken, almonds and chives and set aside.
In another bowl whisk together coconut aminos, curry powder, garlic and salt. pour over chicken mixture and let sit for 2 hours in a refrigerator.
Once the mixture has sat for 2 hours toast the bread and serve.
